Body Assessment #10: Kala

Name: Kala
Age: 34
Goal: Tone and firm up
Exercise: I am working out 3 days a week…45 min of high intensity resistance training with light weights and high reps.
Diet: Right now I am doing the zone diet/works well for me and it’s doable
Anything else: Have never had to work out before kids…I have had 4 kids and 4 c-sections. Belly and abs are shot!!!

    Kala, you look great. I totally appreciate how you feel that there’s this spot and that spot that YOU see but no one else does. Truth? No one sees them because they are not that big of a deal.

    I’m glad that Val was able to give you some constructive thoughts and ideas. I like that she takes your concerns seriously.

    That said, you look amazing!

    Kala, agree with Val–you look great. I’ve also had c-sections with each of my kids (but only 2!)..and my belly is the last place I lose. It’s rough but doable. You are off to a great start–keep on with it and you’ll be there i no time. Good Luck!

    Kayla, you’ve done awesome things already to get where you are! I’ve also had c-sections…so do the “polishing” to inspire all us c-section gals with your results! Best of luck!

    Like everyone else, I think you look great! No matter how skinny I get, and I show muscle quick, a solid 4 pack, I still have skin from my 2nd and last baby - I lost 2 in between he my eldest…and dorky as it sounds, I don’t mind it, it reminds me of one of the happiest times of my life. Do the program, its all good, but maybe not be so hard on yourself so much!………Kids, bougars right from conception aren’t they?

    Girl, you look good! I’ve had 3 kids myself so I know it’s not easy to snap back, especially the more you have. It seems like with each one it takes longer to get back to where you were before. Be proud of your body now, it’s great!

    4 kids!!! i never would have guessed that! how do you do it? i only have one and man he is tough! you look awesome! my lil man did a number on my tummy! HA

    I still hven’t lost all my “baby” fat and my son is 4..
