    I’m not sure why, but I’m only getting the first three exercises. Video stops as Val picks up the resistance band.

    I did this workout this morning and yowza, it was tough but FUN. Loved it. I know my glutes will be feeling it tomorrow!

    KatB - not sure what’s going on there. Has anyone else had that problem?

    It’s sort of a large file, so you may want to try Pressing Play.. then pausing and letting it download all the way.

    Let me know if you can’t get it going

    I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried 3 times and the video always stops when Val is getting ready to start the band exercise.

    Thanks for the workout, i have a little problem with balance that was the most challenging part, i work out usually barefoot and i have very high foot maybe i’ll do better with sneakers. My butt is pretty stiff today but in a good way :) So i’ll definitely do this workout for a few weeks.

    This looks great! I watched it twice straight through with no problems. Love that reverse lunge using the Valslide.

    This workout looks great ,thank you so much for sharing it!
    I`d really like to know if the moves are at all similar to what you used with Kate Beckinsale for Underworld . I think she looks incredible in those movies (also in Click ) and would love to achieve a similar look .Any help would be much appreciated :) !!

    I just did this workout. It was short and sweet, but still had me sweating and hit all the major muscles. Thanks, Val, you are awesome! Looking forward to seeing more workouts from you!

    I too am having problems with the videos. They start and then stop. As well I purchased your Fit Yummy Tummy beginning e book for 39.00 yesterday and cannot download or hear anything.

    Carole - I’m not the tech expert here, but I know my guy is working on some kind of different video player.

    Seems it just won’t work for a few people.

    and you may want to talk to Holly Rigsby about your Fit Yummy Mummy stuff. That’s not my product, sweetie. I’m sure she’ll take care of you though..
