Celebrity Body Exercises: Y’s & T’s

This is a 2 minute video demonstrating how to do Y’s and T’s. These are 2 incredibly simple exercise but are excellent for the muscles of the upperback and for improving posture. All you need is a standard exercise ball and a little bit of floor space.

    These are definitely great exercises.. but remember, like she said, “shoulders stay down”

    Try to “pull” your shoulder blades down towards your back pockets while you’re doing them
