My goal is to lose the pouchy pooh that I have develped in my abdominal area. Its very bothersome to me.
My eating consists of Nutrisystem, but frankly am getting tired of the food, so I am going to try another route with that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Five years ago I weighed 180 pounds! I lost about 25 pounds doing Weight Watchers and have kept all but a little of it off all this time. I work out between 5-6 days a week. Usually a mixture of running, weights, and sports. I enjoy softball, racquetball, and tennis. I like step aerobics and kickboxing as well.

Hi Val,
My name is Jill. I’m 48. I’ve been medically obese for most of my adult life, (and a heavy teen). When I look in the mirror, I think I’m doing well (I’ve gone from 208 to 181 and stayed there for over a year now…but pictures is another matter. How I look in the mirror and how I look in a photo are totally different.

My goals are to be fit and healthy. My legs are too big and bulky from powerlifting and bodybuilding, I would like nice toned feminine legs and also a set of calves that actually look like calves! HA! I would like to have my shoulders more developed and my arms a little bit more smaller and tighter. I still want to be muscular but more toned.
