Week 2/ Days 5 & 6

It's nearing the end of the second week and I feel like this has been a pretty good one. Diet is overall much improved this week and I can feel myself deflating somewhat- woohoo!

Yesterday:
am - 6 mi run with some big hills, 1 hr stairmaster, abs

Saturdays, in lieu of one of the interval sessions I will be doing longer runs and a little extra cardio in prep for an increased distance the following week.

Today:
I worked most of today and did not get a run in like I wanted. I instead did about a 1/2 mile warmup walk up a big hill and a strength workout (I think today was the B w/out).

I am adapting to the workouts a little more and using a bit more weight than directed but just enough to make it a little more challenging.

My biggest piece right now is being consistent w/the strength which has been all over the board the last year and also cleaning up the diet. I feel on track with both right now so that's definitely a good sign!
