It's nearing the end of the second week and I feel like this has been a pretty good one. Diet is overall much improved this week and I can feel myself deflating somewhat- woohoo!
Yesterday:
am - 6 mi run with some big hills, 1 hr stairmaster, abs
Saturdays, in lieu of one of the interval sessions I will be doing longer runs and a little extra cardio in prep for an increased distance the following week.

Another good day- I'm happy with my diet. I will confess that I had a beer last nite, I am having one tonite and am meeting a friend for a glass of wine tomorrow nite so I'll be one drink over. Overall I feel good enough about my diet this week that I'm OK with that. I will keep the drinks in check because it's oh so much easier to snack on something extra after having a drink.

This has been another really good day. I was pretty tired this morn and did not even bother to get up until my "weekend" time so I think I was probably pretty dehydrated.
I did an interval workout this morn in the midst of a 5 mile run. Luckily I found some interval workouts on iTunes thru PodRunner which worked really well. It was definitely a challenge. I will do at least 1-2 of those a week and one of the interval days will be subbed with a longer run since I want to...

This week is off to a great start. Last week I got the exercise in but ate more than I should have. In retrospect it was PMS so that would probably explain the munchies. Anyway, this week promises to be much better. I have eaten really well today and got in some good sweat sessions.

I officially started week 2 today. I had a little break for a long weekend and I can't say the workouts or diet were exactly followed so I decided to recommit today and push for a perfect 5 weeks.
My diet has been really good today and I got in a couple of good sweat sessions. After the long weekend it felt good. Adhering to the schedule, today would have been an off day which I obviously didn't need so I mostly did alot of sweating and will plan to do workout B1 tomorrow morn....
