I didn't work out yesterday (and probably won't today) because I got a kidney stone! Blast that excuse lol Also, didn't keep up on the diet because I couldn't keep anything down. For those of you who don't know, kidney stones are unbearably painful. The pain has been compared to labor except you don't get a bundle of joy at the end! Fortunately, once kidney stones are over you are good to go so I'll be up and about soon I'm sure. Oh, and the pain is much better right now so I'm pretty happy about...

Day 1 went well! Stuck with the eating but had a little trouble with the water intake. I feel like I'm drinking constantly... In addition to the workout in the am I also walked to work (25 min. on hills!) painted the entire living room with the hubby, AND walked the dogs. It was quite the day!

I'm actually doing my cardio this evening. I have to go through a body assessment to get into the gym I'm going to start working out at and they couldn't do it before this evening. So I'm going...

Started RCR today!! Unfortunately, I didn't give myself enough time to get through all the circuts lol but now I know how long it takes and I'll be ready on Wednesday. I'm going to post my "before " pics soon but I can't get them to load. The files are a bit too large apparently.

I'm so excited about this wonderful community that I know is forming and the great website that Valerie has put together that I just want to leave work right now and poke around on here! But I will be very very good and only post this little blog to say hello and that I can't wait to get started!
